How It Works.

Easily

While working in the organization, the Interim Manager abides by and follows the exact same rules and practices of organization as their colleagues.

From a procedural point of view, the activity of Interim Manager in an organization is indistible from their colleagues-employees.

Only in cases where the Client (employer) assigns a special role to the Interim Manager to perform their duties, the Interim Manager may abide by different rules.

Reilably

The cooperation of the Client (employer) and the Interim Manager is always performed on the basis of a Contract. This type of contract provides the contracting parties with a significant advantage - the possibility of negotiating the scope and form of the given duties according to their free will, specific needs, and without unilateral benefits (severance payments, etc.), which often result from, for example, employment contracts, etc.

The cooperation agreement can be very simple (A4), or even very detailed, according to the requirements of the specific situation and wishes of the Client (employer).

The contract is always concluded for a fixed period of time. Usually, the Contract is first concluded for a period of 1 - 3 months (Phase 0 - verification), if the Client (employer) considers the cooperation with the Interim Manager beneficial, then the Contract is usually concluded (extended) for another period of 1-3 years (Phase 1 - realization), which is determined according to specific plans and needs of the Client (employer).

If the Client evaluates the cooperation with a particular Interim Manager as particularly beneficial, the Contract may be concluded (extended) for another period of time (note: long-term).

In the event the Client's needs cease to exist before the expiry of the agreed period, the Contract is terminated by agreement, without undue burden on the Client's resources.

Effectively

The contract, which is usually concluded with the Interim Manager, brings the Client (employer) significant economic and organizational benefits.

The minimum advantages of an Interim Management Agreement are:
   • lower labor costs, generally about 15-20%,
   • lower administrative burden on the Employer, only two (2)
xxxaccounting documents per month,
   • zero personnel agenda, and more.
